So we in Ibara have quite a few things to be proud of; our stars, our denim and maybe a little less well-known, our railway!

Yes, our little railway has been chugging along for well over X years. Its one-man design is both efficient and charming, and there’s no feeling quite like admiring the passing scenery from the large windows and nodding off to the rocking motion of these comfortable carriages.

In the past X years, Ibara has expanded the fleet with the addition of some fun specialty designs. For those used to riding the standard grey trains on their commutes, the sight of one of these special trains rocking up to the platform is a particular delight. Both meticulously designed both inside and outside, riding one of the 4 types of specialty trains is a feast for the eyes on what would usually be a mundane journey.

・Star Train
First up, we have the star train!

This train is as blue as the sky and contains almost as many stars! The inside is decorated with each of the 12 constellations for the star signs along with cute graphics. So ride our train and have fun trying to find yours!

・Art Train
Next is the art train!

This golden beauty is covered with stamps of famous works, both inside and out. Look out of the specially designed one-way stamp windows, and try to figure out the names of the famous works decorating the walls!

・Yume Yasuragi

This crimson train is pure luxury and a blast from the past. Enjoy wooden interiors and old timey booths as you relax in style on the way to your destination!

・Sengoku Train
And finally, our most recent addition, the Sengoku Train!

This sleek cool train is a testament to the warring clans of this area with all the kamon (family crests) of the clans spread like polka dots both inside and out. Information on each is displayed inside so the question is, can you find them all?
