Check out the bus websites below (Japanese only):
There are two main bus companies to get around Ibara with, the Ai-Ai Bus, and the Hokushin Bus. The Ai-Ai Bus operates routes around Central Ibara, Yoshii, and Bisei separately, and it is a flat 100 yen fare for each ride. The Hokushin Bus operates longer routes, but will cost a bit more money.
